Job description
The NorthTide Group is seeking a information Manager to support a Department of Defense customer. The customer requires communication & IT services to support its CCE (C2 systems, information management systems, mail/message systems, and security systems). Contractor will perform day-to-day system administration services and is responsible for supporting information technology disciplines and practices to ensure the operations, confidentiality, integrity and availability of information assets in accordance with established standards and procedures. The contractor will work closely with information owners, HQ Directorates, Systems Staff, Network Staff and Cybersecurity staff to ensure system/application operations and security is achieved, maintained and reported accurately for HQ networks. The Contractor shall install, Operate, Enhance, Secure, Monitor, initiate corrective actions and Report on systems under their assigned responsibilities. Specific Duties / Tasks (include, but not limited to):
- The Information Manager will provide support to the Command’s Joint Operation Center (JOC) Information Management (JOC IM) activities, ensuring information management support to the JOC is effective, efficient, and available when required to execute steady state operations, crisis response operations, and major exercises (including 24/7 events).
- Support the analysis of JOC information management (IM) requirements and assist with the selection of technical approaches.
- Assist with the development of processes and tools that address identified IM requirements.
- Provide inputs to a Monthly Status Report (MSR) including a list of accomplishments during the reporting period and identification of any task issues, problem areas and items that require Government action
Requirements
Do you have experience in SharePoint?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * IAW DoD 8570.01-M, must meet IAT II minimum qualifications.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- Must have experience with IT project management, preferably in a DoD environment.
- Must have experience in SharePoint Content and Site Management.

Must have experience using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project and Vision) in preparing briefings for executive level recipients.
- Must possess an Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility
- Must be willing to start work day at 0600
