Full Stack .NET Developer - C#, React, Azure/AWS Overview / Summary We are seeking a Software Engineer Level 2 with strong technical expertise to join a dynamic development team working onsite in Sacramento, CA. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments. The ideal candidate will have experience with C#, .NET, React, and modern development practices in hybrid infrastructure environments. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain software solutions using C#, .NET, and React in on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments Collaborate with product managers, architects, and developers to translate business requirements into technical specifications Contribute to system architecture design with a focus on scalability, performance, security, and maintainability Build APIs, microservices, and front-end components for web applications Ensure seamless integration between front-end and back-end services Work with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud to design and deploy solutions Implement DevOps best practices and CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application performance, security, and availability Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and code quality practices Stay current with technology trends and frameworks related to cloud and hybrid development Work with business applications across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud systems Collaborate with infrastructure and cloud teams to maintain stable and secure application environments Support application transitions from on-premises systems to cloud or hybrid architectures Ensure governance and performance monitoring across environments and identify optimization opportunities Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal security standards including SOX, PCI-DSS, ISO, GDPR, and HIPAA Work with cybersecurity teams to address threats and vulnerabilities Develop and implement procedures for audits, risk assessments, and disaster recovery plans Develop and maintain test documentation including test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test data management Implement traceability and automated defect tracking/reporting processes Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Software Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in C# and .NET Experience with React or other modern JavaScript frameworks Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Experience with DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and automated deployments Experience with Docker and Kubernetes Experience with version control systems such as Git Experience working within Agile development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban Proficiency building and maintaining systems in on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments Familiarity with microservices architecture, scalable APIs, and distributed systems Strong knowledge of software design patterns, algorithms, and data structures Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Familiarity with Azure DevOps and other DevOps tools preferred Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases such as SQL Server and MongoDB preferred Experience with hybrid cloud strategies and solutions preferred Experience collaborating with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders preferred Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate or AWS Certified Developer certification highly preferred Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship
