Forward Deployed Engineer

We’re looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to bridge cutting-edge AI technology with our clients’ real-world needs. This isn’t a role where you architect from a distance - you’ll sit with clients directly, write code, design and deploy AI agent systems, and own the path from a business problem to a working, adopted solution.

Your Mission

• Own technical delivery for client integrations of AI-powered agent systems, end to end
• Turn ambiguous business needs into concrete technical specs and solution designs
• Deploy, configure, and optimize multi-agent systems in production
• Build trust with clients through hands-on implementation, training, and support
• Feed real client feedback back into product improvement, Technical Implementation & Integration
• Lead technical integration of our products into client systems - API integrations, data pipelines, custom workflows
• Build and maintain robust, scalable solutions tailored to client requirements, using Python and related technologies
• Troubleshoot complex issues during implementation, working with internal engineering as needed

Client Engagement & Solution Design

• Act as the primary technical point of contact, understanding client objectives and technical landscape
• Translate client needs into technical specifications and solution designs aligned with product capabilities
• Design and architect AI agent teams - assigning specialized roles and workflows tailored to each client
• Run technical workshops and training sessions to drive product adoption
• Partner with Customer Success and Support to ensure smooth, successful client outcomes

Deployment & Optimization

• Deploy, configure, and optimize multi-agent systems in production environments
• Build and integrate custom agents, tools, and processes using Python and open-source agent libraries
• Monitor deployed solutions for performance and business value, iterating on agent roles and workflows as client needs evolve, * Direct client ownership - from first conversation to production, no layers of hand-off
• Work at the intersection of cutting-edge AI and real business impact
• Close collaboration with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success
• Your solution designs and client feedback directly shape the product roadmap

Must Have

• Proven experience in a customer-facing technical role - Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Technical Consultant
• Strong proficiency in Python, with experience in APIs and system integrations
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, AI agent frameworks, and LLMs
• Knowledge of workflow orchestration, multi-agent systems, or distributed computing
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Nice to Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience building GenAI solutions - design patterns, RAG, SQL/NoSQL databases
• Contributions to open-source AI agent projects or experience with human-in-the-loop systems
