Job description

  • Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot Microsoft SharePoint Online (SPO) and Microsoft 365 collaboration environments.
  • Design, develop, and maintain custom SharePoint solutions using JavaScript and modern web technologies.
  • Develop and support Microsoft Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI dashboards.
  • Resolve Tier I-III SharePoint incidents, service requests, and operational issues while meeting established SLAs.
  • Manage SharePoint Site Collections, including site creation, permissions, governance, content management, and decommissioning activities.
  • Configure and manage SharePoint permissions, Active Directory-integrated access controls, and user/group memberships.
  • Design and customize SharePoint pages, layouts, branding, and user interfaces.
  • Monitor SharePoint environment health, usage metrics, performance, and system availability.
  • Support enterprise modernization initiatives and business process improvements.
  • Utilize ServiceNow, BMC Helix, or Remedy to manage incidents, service requests, and change activities.
  • Develop technical documentation, SOPs, knowledge articles, and end-user training materials.
  • Gather business and technical requirements through customer engagement sessions.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, cybersecurity, database, and application teams to ensure secure and compliant operations.
  • Maintain compliance with DoD, Air Force, and cybersecurity policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum six (6) years of experience, including at least four (4) years of specialized SharePoint or application development experience.
  • Active DoD Secret Clearance.
  • Experience administering Microsoft SharePoint Online in enterprise or government environments.
  • Experience developing Microsoft Power Platform solutions, including:
  • Power Apps
  • Power Automate
  • Power BI
  • Proficiency with:
  • JavaScript
  • HTML
  • CSS
  • jQuery
  • JSON
  • Bootstrap
  • React.js
  • Visual Studio Code
  • Experience managing SharePoint Site Collections, permissions, governance, and administration.
  • Experience with ServiceNow, BMC Helix, or Remedy ticketing systems.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Microsoft certifications in SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, or Power BI.
  • Experience supporting Air Force, Department of Defense, or other federal government organizations.
  • Experience supporting large-scale enterprise Microsoft 365 or SharePoint environments.
  • Experience with SharePoint branding, customization, and workflow automation.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 collaboration tools and integrations.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and enterprise operational support.
  • Experience supporting secure, mission-critical environments., * Power Apps: 1 year (Required)
