Application Developer II

Titan Professional Resources is looking for an Applications Developer to join a great company here in the OKC area. This position is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining system integrations. • Design, build, and maintain integrations between various platforms and applications to enable efficient data flow and interoperability.
• Develop and manage scalable APIs to support communication between internal and external systems.
• Create automation scripts and routines to enhance integration processes and operational efficiency.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather technical requirements and ensure alignment with integration goals.
• Document integration workflows, configurations, and best practices for future reference and compliance.
• Research emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to improve integration capabilities.
• Assess existing COBOL-based systems and identify opportunities for modernization.
• Refactor legacy COBOL code to improve functionality, performance, and maintainability using modern programming languages such as C# or Python.

• Education & experience will be considered: Bachelors degree preferred.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, TypeScript, and React.js.
• Familiarity with modern integration frameworks and API development.
• Experience with COBOL modernization and migration to contemporary languages.
