Requirements

We are seeking a knowledgeable and hands-on Product Specialist to support the development, positioning, and growth of both our gaming PC and GPU server product lines. This role bridges technical expertise and market insight, helping translate product capabilities into compelling value for customers, partners, and internal teams. We need a deep-dive hardware expert who understands how individual components bottleneck or thrive under load. If your expertise is solely in coding or software development, this is not the right fit-we need someone who speaks fluid PC specs and server architecture., * Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, IT, or related field.

  • 3-6 years of technical hands-on experience in product development or technical pre-sales within PC hardware, servers, or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of GPU technologies (e.g., NVIDIA, AMD), CPU platforms, and system integration.
  • Familiarity with gaming hardware ecosystems and/or GPU-accelerated workloads (AI/ML, rendering, virtualization).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills., * In-depth knowledge of and experience with building gaming PCs and working with vendors on sourcing PC cases, CPU, memory and cooling solutions.
  • Experience with enterprise GPU servers or data center environments.
  • Knowledge of AI/ML frameworks or cloud GPU deployments.
  • Experience in the US channel market is a plus., A) Purely hardware-centric, focusing heavily on hands-on PC building, component sourcing, and enterprise GPU server infrastructure. B) Mostly hardware-focused, dealing closely with physical server configurations, though my roles have required some software production, scripting, or firmware maintenance. C) An exact 50/50 balance between writing software/code and managing physical infrastructure or hardware platforms. D) Mostly software-focused, specialized in development, coding, and application design, with a light familiarity with the hardware it runs on. E) Purely software-centric, coming from a strict background of software engineering, full-stack development, DevOps, or SaaS platforms.
