Job description

We are looking for a creative and user-focused UX/UI Designer to design intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing digital experiences.

  • The ideal candidate will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to transform ideas into user-friendly interfaces and seamless user journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications.

  • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing.

  • Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes.

  • Develop user flows, journey maps, and interaction designs.

  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and QA teams.

  • Ensure consistency with design systems and brand guidelines.

  • Iterate designs based on feedback and data insights.

Requirements

  • You are proficient in Web, User-centered design, Sketch, Mockup, Mobile.
  • You have +2 years experience in UX/UI.
  • English - Conversational, Master’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in UX/UI design.

  • Proficiency in design tools: Figma (preferred), Sketch, and Adobe XD.

  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.

  • Strong understanding of responsive and mobile-first design.

  • Strong understanding of usability and accessibility (WCAG basics).

  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and frontend concepts.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with prototyping tools (Figma, InVision, Proto.io).

  • Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

  • Knowledge of UX research methods and A/B testing.

  • Exposure to analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar).

Key Deliverables:

  • Wireframes and UI mockups.
