Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or related field and 4-8 years of prior relevant experience or Master’s with 2-6 years of prior relevant experience.\n
  • 6+ years of software testing or quality engineering experience.\n
  • Experience supporting Agile software development programs.\n
  • Demonstrated experience creating and executing manual and automated test plans.\n
  • Experience with automated testing tools such as Cypress, Playwright, or equivalent.\n
  • Experience with API testing using tools such as Postman or REST Assured.\n
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools including Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.\n
  • Experience with defect management tools such as Jira.\n
  • Ability to communicate results and issues to technical and non-technical customer stakeholders.\n, * Experience supporting DoD or Intelligence Community programs.\n
  • Familiarity with scripting languages including JavaScript, and Python.\n
  • Knowledge of containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.\n
  • Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner.\n
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies including AWS, Azure, or OpenShift\n
  • Knowledge of DevSecOps pipelines and automated quality assurance practices.\n
  • Experience working with modern software delivery environments.\n
  • Experience with geospatial applications or GEOINT data.\n
  • Certifications such as ISTQB, CASTP, CAST, CSTE, Security+, or similar.\n

You’ll work as an integral member of a cross-functional Agile Scrum Team, developing and executing comprehensive test strategies that support rapid, iterative delivery while maintaining exceptional quality standards.\n \n This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative DevSecOps environment and enjoys automating testing, and improving processes.\n \n, Active Top Secret/SCI with the ability to successfully pass a Polygraph examination.\n \n \nPrimary Responsibilities:\n \n \n

  • Lead planning, design, development, and execution of comprehensive test strategies across multiple Agile sprints.\n
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated and manual test cases for new and existing capabilities.\n
  • Collaborate daily with software engineers, product managers, system engineers, and Scrum Masters to define acceptance criteria and ensure quality is built into every release.\n
  • Perform functional, integration, regression, system, and end-to-end testing.\n
  • Validate application performance, reliability, security, and usability.\n
  • Identify, document, prioritize, and track software defects through resolution.\n
  • Support Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines by integrating automated testing into deployment workflows.\n
  • Analyze test results, communicate risks, and provide recommendations that improve software quality.\n
  • Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives that enhance Agile team effectiveness.\n
