We’re looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join a high-impact healthcare technology team supporting one of the nation’s leading healthcare organizations. This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys designing scalable enterprise solutions, working with modern cloud technologies, and building innovative AI-powered applications., Design and develop scalable enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Apache Spark, Kafka, and AWS. Architect high-performance microservices supporting complex capitation-based healthcare payment systems. Build event-driven solutions and optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability. Design and implement LLM-powered agents to drive innovation in healthcare workflows. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions. Mentor engineering teams and promote best practices in software architecture, design patterns, and microservices.

Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Apache Spark Experience with AWS, Kafka, and Python Experience designing microservices and distributed systems Hands-on experience building AI/LLM-powered agents Healthcare domain experience, preferably with capitation/payment processing Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and scalable enterprise applications.
