Technician - Identity and Access Management (IAM)

We now have the opportunity for a IAM TECHNICIAN to join our Technology Department., * Automation & Optimization - Streamline workflows and reduce MTTR through PowerShell, Power Automate, and proactive monitoring of identity health and access activities.

• Documentation & Reporting - Produce audit-ready runbooks, SOPs, and technical guides; build actionable Power BI dashboards to support audits and compliance.
• Collaboration & Governance - Partner with IT teams to accelerate issue resolution, uphold security KPIs, flag risks early, and propose data-driven remediation plans.

This role requires on-site availability and rotating shifts.

• Experience: At least 1 year of experience with IAM tools or products, and identity and access management services or projects, including certificate management
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Entra ID, PowerShell, and common enterprise software applications, including ticketing systems (such as Jira, Remedy).
• Languages: Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
