Job description

  • Probleme beim Netzbetrieb feststellen, fehlerhafte Zustände in Netzwerken isolieren und beheben
  • Unterstützung bei redaktionellen Tätigkeiten im IT-Infrastruktur- und Cybersecurity-Umfeld
  • Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung und Pflege von Dokumentation, Kurzanleitungen, Knowledge Base-Artikeln, Trainingsunterlagen
  • Unterstützung in der unternehmensinternen Kommunikation (Intranet, Newsletter, Mitarbeitermagazin)

Requirements

  • Fundierte Kenntnisse mit der Windows-, Linux- und Mac-Systemumgebung
  • Sie verfügen über gute querschnittliche IT-Kenntnisse (Windows, MS Office, Webseitenerstellung)
  • Sie sind kommunikativ, kompetent und es fällt Ihnen leicht, komplexe Sachverhalte einfach zu erklären
  • Sie bringen eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise, Kommunikationsvermögen und Englischkenntnisse mit
  • Eigeninitiative sowie Teamgeist runden Ihr Profil ab
