Job description

At Paramahila Solutions Ltd, we believe that data is one of the most valuable assets a business can have when it’s transformed into meaningful insights. We’re looking for a Data Analyst who enjoys solving business challenges through data, uncovering trends, and helping teams make informed decisions. In this role, you’ll work with stakeholders across multiple departments, turning complex datasets into clear reports, dashboards, and recommendations that support business growth. If you’re naturally curious, analytical, and enjoy finding opportunities hidden within data, we’d love to hear from you.

Why Work With Us?

Meaningful Impact: Your work will directly influence strategic decisions, operational improvements, and business performance across the organisation.

Collaborative Culture: Work alongside supportive professionals who value knowledge sharing, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Professional Development: We encourage ongoing learning and provide opportunities to expand your technical and analytical skills while advancing your career.

Modern Technology: You’ll work with industry-standard tools including SQL, Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and other business intelligence platforms to deliver high-quality reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis: Collect, validate, clean, and analyse data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.

Reporting & Dashboards: Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and KPIs that provide actionable insights for stakeholders.

Business Intelligence: Translate business requirements into analytical solutions that support planning, forecasting, and decision-making.

Data Quality: Monitor data accuracy, consistency, and integrity while identifying opportunities to improve data management processes.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business teams to understand reporting requirements, present findings, and recommend data-driven solutions.

Process Improvement: Automate recurring reports, streamline reporting workflows, and contribute to continuous improvements in analytics processes.

Requirements

Experience: Previous experience as a Data Analyst, Reporting Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or in a similar analytical role.

Technical Skills: Strong working knowledge of SQL, Microsoft Excel, and Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualisation tools.

Analytical Ability: Comfortable interpreting complex datasets, identifying trends, and presenting findings in a clear and meaningful way.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical information to non-technical audiences.

Organisation: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Education: A degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, or a related discipline is beneficial but not essential with relevant experience.
