Job Title: IT, Software & AI Development Manager

We are seeking an IT, Software & AI Development Manager to play a pivotal role in our ongoing growth journey. This is a high-impact role where you will review our existing processes, systems, and software, creating efficiencies through AI integration and streamlined workflows.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will have visibility across every department and the autonomy to lead projects that deliver measurable improvements. You will push boundaries, challenge current practices, and help us embrace innovation across the business., * Conduct a comprehensive review of current IT systems, workflows, and software platforms.

• Identify inefficiencies and implement AI-driven solutions to streamline processes.
• Design and deliver workflow automation tools and reporting systems (e.g., using advanced Excel, Power BI, and AI platforms).
• Lead and manage technology projects with clear deliverables and deadlines.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand challenges and deliver bespoke solutions.
• Integrate new systems seamlessly across the business.
• Provide training and support to ensure adoption of systems and tools.
• Stay up to date with emerging AI and IT developments to keep Proceed ahead of the curve.
• Proactively solve problems, implementing preventative solutions to minimise disruption.

• Strong IT background with demonstrable experience in AI integration and workflow creation.
• Advanced Excel and strong data management/analysis skills.
• Proven track record in delivering cross-departmental technology projects.
• Proactive, problem-solving mindset with the confidence to challenge existing processes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
