AI Expertise and Innovation Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of AI/ML trends, tools and best practices relevant to company’s needs Evaluate new AI solutions and vendors, providing informed recommendations to the ISD leadership Ensure responsible AI principles (explainability, fairness, data privacy …) throughout product development & usage 5. Coordination and Governance Coordinate cross-functional teams (Compliance, Cyber, Business) to ensure end-to-end delivery Define and monitor KPIs to track product performance and adoption Contribute to AI governance frameworks, documentation standards and reporting to senior stakeholders Profile and Qualifications Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business or a related field Experience: Minimum 5 years as a Product Owner or Product Manager, with at least one significant AI or data-driven product deployment Solid understanding of AI, data pipelines and modern development methodologies & technologies Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into business language and vice versa Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working across technical and non-technical teams Analytical mindset with a structured, problem-solving approach Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (French is a plus) Experience in financial services, private equity or healthcare is a plus
