Business Systems & Integrations Manager

We are looking for a hands-on Business Systems & Integrations Manager to own the delivery, integration, and day-to-day operation of our core business systems.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bridging the gap between technology and business operations. You will manage external development and digital agencies, oversee integrations between Shopify, Dynamics 365 and other platforms, and ensure systems support the growth of the business.

The role combines technical leadership, project delivery, vendor management, and business process improvement., Systems & Integration Management

• Own the delivery and ongoing improvement of business systems.
• Manage integrations between Shopify, Dynamics 365, customer service platforms, finance systems, and third-party applications.
• Monitor integration performance and resolve issues quickly.
• Ensure data accuracy across all platforms.

Agency & Supplier Management

• Manage relationships with development, digital marketing, SEO, and integration partners.
• Define priorities and technical requirements.
• Review agency proposals, estimates, and deliverables.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Project Delivery

• Lead technical projects from requirements through implementation.
• Coordinate stakeholders across sales, finance, operations, customer service, and marketing.
• Manage testing, deployment, and change control processes.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives.

Business Systems Ownership

• Act as the primary owner for:
• Shopify
• Dynamics 365
• Power Automate
• Reporting and dashboards
• Integration platforms and APIs
• Define and maintain system roadmaps.

Team Leadership

• Provide technical guidance to internal teams and external suppliers.
• Build strong working relationships across the business.
• Create clear documentation and processes., * Reliable integrations with minimal manual intervention.
• Agencies delivering effectively against agreed objectives.
• Improved automation and operational efficiency.
• Clear reporting and visibility across the business.
• Technology supporting business growth rather than creating bottlenecks.

Essential

• Experience managing business-critical systems and integrations.
• Strong understanding of Shopify and Dynamics 365.
• Experience working with APIs and data integrations.
• Experience managing third-party agencies and suppliers.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Desirable

• Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI).
• Azure services.
• ERP, CRM or eCommerce platforms.
• Experience in wholesale, distribution, manufacturing, or B2B commerce.
• Knowledge of data governance and reporting.
