We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team! Apply Today!

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 hour shifts between 8:00am - 6:00pm. 2 days in office and 3 from home. Training will be onsite for 3-4 weeks then will transition to hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities

· Track and maintain support tickets from assignment to resolution

· Answer incoming inquiries via phone

· Document and record all incoming calls

· Provide first level support for the website

· Provide direct phone support for users and customers

· Walk users through printing/ queuing financial documents

· Diagnose operational problems to determine if user error or if the system is not working as designed. Educate user or escalate system problems. The following are most common Point-of-Sale, Adjustments, Cancel and Rebill documents not taking approval numbers

· Maintain a high level of measurable service levels- First call resolution/ Abandon Rates

• Must possess strong organizational, communication and time management skills
• Effective listening skills and collaboration skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to build confidence and maintain relationships

Minimum Qualifications, Education, and Certifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science is preferred

· Associates in the field of Management Information Systems (MIS)

· Working knowledge of current MS Products, Lotus Notes Database, and various web browsers
