  • Design and implement Azure Logic Apps workflows integrating client’s enterprise systems ERP (including Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations), CRM, ITSM, and M365 per agreed integration patterns.
  • Build, test, and deploy Standard and Consumption Logic Apps with robust error handling, retry logic, dead-letter routing, and operational alerting.
  • Implement complex data mapping and transformation logic JSON, XML, flat-file, and schema translation within Logic Apps to process data reliably between systems.
  • Consume and orchestrate REST and SOAP APIs; develop and maintain custom connectors for proprietary and third-party APIs where native connectors are insufficient.
  • Expose Logic Apps as secure, managed API endpoints via Azure API Management (APIM) where the engagement requires governed API access (advantageous).
  • Apply AI-assisted development techniques including GitHub Copilot, Azure AI services, and AI Builder to accelerate workflow design, generate mapping logic, and validate integration outputs (advantageous).
  • Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting via Azure Monitor and Application Insights for all Logic Apps in scope.

3.3 Governance, Security & Compliance

  • Implement Power Platform CoE Starter Kit components or equivalent governance tooling per client’s environment and compliance posture.
