1 DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer that will play a crucial role in managing and automating the deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of our software applications. You will work closely with development, quality assurance and deployment teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software products, and you can also expect to interact directly with engineering teams of our customers to install, configure and operate the deployed software platforms. This person will be part of an amazing global team that works in a very fast-paced and innovative environment. Manage, configure and operate cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) to ensure high availability, scalability and observability. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Collaborate with development and delivery teams to design and implement infrastructure as code using tools like Ansible and Terraform. Ensure security best practices are followed in all aspects of the infrastructure and deployment processes. Actively document daily activities in JIRA and demonstrate a willingness to develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all internal tools. Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for production systems and collaborate with DevOps team located in the USA of a frequent basis Provide support for the installation, configuration and testing of AXON Networks products and solutions in cloud platforms and in the data centers of AXON Networks customers (interventions outside of usual business hours can be expected occasionally) Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate the build, test, and deployment processes.

B.Sc./M.S. Computer Science, Software or equivalent At least 3-4 years of experience in a DevOps Engineer role or related position Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Expertise in Linux environments and strong scripting skills (Python, Bash). Knowledge of infrastructure as code tools (Terraform, Ansible). Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana). Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes). Familiarity with database management systems (Oracle, MongoDB, Clickhouse) Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI Fluency in both Spanish and English (spoken and written). Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams and with customer technical teams. Ability to work in hybrid in Madrid.
