As an engineer on this team, youāll architect new APIs, collaborate with design to craft intuitive interfaces, and build business-critical features like user messaging and subscription flows. Bring passion and dedication to your job and thereās no telling what you could accomplish. The Apple Media Services team is seeking an exceptional software engineer to join our User Engagement team. Youāll architect critical system features, from Apple One, Apple TV+, Music, and Arcade subscription experiences to shared UI frameworks, that reach millions of customers across iOS, iPadOS, tvOS, watchOS, and macOS. Your work will directly shape how users discover, subscribe to, and engage with Appleās entire services ecosystem.ā,āresponsibilitiesā:āAs an engineer on the team, you will be contributing to all of Appleās major operating systems: iOS, tvOS, watchOS, macOS, and visionOS. Build out APIs to handle foundational features such as user messaging and subscription flows. Youāll have the opportunity to work alongside other cross-functional teams closely, in order to bring the best customer experiences to life.
Requirements
Do you have experience in iOS application development?, Aptitude to independently learn new technologies, We value strong programming fundamentals and extensive experience with both Swift and Objective-C
Object Oriented Programming
Experience with Cocoa and the iOS SDK
Familiarity with mobile application UI development
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
Experience in defining and building APIs
Passion for quality and attention to detail

- RSU, At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $147,400 and $272,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Appleās discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Appleās Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
