Senior Google Workspace & Collaboration Platform Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Google Workspace & Collaboration Platform Engineer with strong expertise in Google Workspace Administration, Enterprise Collaboration Platforms, Cloud Automation, Security Governance, and Enterprise Platform Migrations. The ideal candidate will serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) responsible for architecting, administering, securing, and optimizing enterprise collaboration platforms supporting a global workforce., * Serve as the SME and technical lead for enterprise collaboration platforms including Google Workspace, Smartsheet, and Lucidchart.

• Administer and manage Google Workspace Admin Console, Gmail, Google Drive, Google Vault, Gemini, SSO/SAML integrations, and enterprise collaboration services.
• Lead architecture, configuration, maintenance, upgrades, and governance of collaboration platforms.
• Design and execute large-scale global rollouts, enterprise migrations, and platform modernization initiatives.
• Implement and enforce enterprise security controls including Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Data Residency, Conditional Access, OAuth, Single Sign-On (SSO), and SAML authentication.
• Develop automation solutions using Google Apps Script, Python, PowerShell, and GAM (Google Apps Manager).
• Support workflow automation and integration with enterprise applications and cross-functional business systems.
• Collaborate with Information Security, Compliance, IAM, Infrastructure, and Business Teams to ensure platform security and governance compliance.
• Manage IT asset administration, license optimization, user lifecycle management, and collaboration platform governance.
• Drive enterprise collaboration strategy, roadmap planning, tool evaluation, adoption recommendations, and process improvements.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, escalation support, and stakeholder communication across global teams., Google Workspace, Google Workspace Administrator, Google Cloud, CloudOps, Gmail, Google Drive, Google Vault, Gemini, Smartsheet, Lucidchart, SSO, SAML, OAuth, DLP, Conditional Access, Google Apps Script, Python, PowerShell, GAM, Enterprise Migration, Collaboration Platform, IAM, Security Governance, Compliance, Workflow Automation, Cloud Administration, Enterprise Collaboration Engineer

Do you have experience in Technical engineering?, * 10+ years of experience in Google Workspace Administration and Collaboration Platform Engineering.

• Strong understanding of CloudOps, Google Cloud, Identity & Access Management (IAM), and Compliance Controls.
• Experience with workflow automation, platform integrations, and collaboration ecosystem management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

$45 - $70 an hour - Contract
