Job description

The Web Developer is responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing all company-owned external/internal websites, which include, but are not limited to, promotions, informational, cultural, drawings, entertainment, and employment opportunities., * Develop, maintain, and enhance dynamic components of various websites.

  • Work closely with Public Relations Department for media publishes.
  • Design and implement the creation of sites with direction from marketing.
  • Build and publish new information pages for websites.
  • Build ad campaign landing pages.
  • Review Web analytics, development, debugging tools, and logs for performance, design improvements, or website issues.
  • Ability to consume social media feeds or integrate third-party APIs with internal applications.

Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years of web development experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Advanced proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is required.
  • Basic knowledge and ability to create content using ASP.Net using C#, Microsoft SQL, and MySQL Databases.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Visual Studio for project development.
  • Familiar with Social Media and Third-Party APIs.
  • Basic knowledge in UI frameworks (One or more of) Angular, AngularJS, react.js, React Native, Node.js, Ember.js, Vue.js
  • Familiarity with CSS frameworks like Bootstrap and Tailwind.
  • Thorough working knowledge of graphic design-based technologies, including Photoshop and other related graphics software.
  • Experience using version control systems such as Git.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum team environment preferred.
  • Fluent working in a Windows OS-based environment, familiarity with IOS and Linux a plus.

Working Conditions/Physical Demands:

To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to stand, move and work throughout the office area and properties, including walking up to 1 ½ miles, climbing stairs, and sitting at a desk/workstation for the duration of the shift. Must be able to work in a smoke-filled environment.
