Senior IT Project Manager Salesforce Enterprise Solutions

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of large-scale Salesforce implementation managing one or more Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) development projects with an individual contract value of $5 million or greater and integration initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing complex enterprise SaaS projects throughout the full System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), collaborating with cross-functional teams, vendors, and business stakeholders. This role requires expertise in Salesforce ecosystem integrations with Nintex DocGen, enterprise Salesforce data integration with Snowflake Data Lake and Agile project delivery. The Project Manager will oversee project planning, execution, governance, risk management, and successful delivery of mission-critical technology solutions.

• Minimum of five (5) years of full-time experience managing Information Technology (IT) implementation and integration projects, with responsibility for project planning, execution, monitoring, and evaluation.
• At least four (4) years serving as the primary Project Manager, managing projects through all phases of the Software/System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from initiation through project closure.
• Demonstrated experience managing project scope, schedule, budget, resources, risk, quality, communications, and overall project integration.
• At least three (3) years of experience implementing Nintex DocGen with an active or completed any Unemployment Insurance or State Disability Insurance.
• At least one (1) year of experience integrating Salesforce with Snowflake data lake.
• Experience managing one or more Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) development projects with an individual contract value of $5 million or greater.
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline. Equivalent qualifying experience may be substituted on a year-for-year basis.
• Current and valid certification in one of the following:
• Project Management Professional (PMP) issued by the Project Management Institute (PMI)
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) issued by Scrum Alliance
• Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) certification, * Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Possess one or more of these certifications - Salesforce Administrator and/or Salesforce Data Architect.
