Job description

The Geospatial Analyst analyzes, interprets, and visualizes spatial and geographic data to support Federal Government programs. This role combines GIS technologies, demographic analysis, spatial modeling, and data visualization to deliver actionable insights for mission stakeholders., Spatial Analysis

Analyze geographic datasets. Perform spatial modeling and proximity analysis. Develop thematic maps. Conduct demographic and statistical analysis. Support emergency management planning.

GIS Operations

Develop and maintain:

Web maps Story maps Geodatabases Feature services Spatial dashboards ArcGIS Online content

Data Management

Maintain GIS databases. Validate geospatial datasets. Perform quality assurance. Integrate GPS and remote sensing data.

Collaboration

Support:

Emergency management Infrastructure planning Environmental programs Transportation initiatives Census operations, Work on high-impact geospatial initiatives supporting emergency management, infrastructure modernization, and mission planning using industry-leading GIS technologies.

Preferred Skills

Experience Levels

Junior through SME aligned with CenTAM labor categories, emphasizing progressively advanced GIS analysis, enterprise geospatial solutions, and leadership.

Desired Federal Experience

Commerce, Census Bureau, FEMA, DHS, DOI, USDA, NOAA, EPA, or DoD GIS programs.

Security Clearance

Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or higher clearance, depending on customer requirements.
