Job description

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product owners, UX, QA, project managers, designers, data team) to gather and interpret business requirements.

  • Promote teamwork and maintain a collaborative environment.
  • Plan, estimate, and forecast project work.
  • Adhere to established architecture, design, implementation, and security standards.
  • Investigate and propose technical solutions for development and design challenges.
  • Analyze and design system integrations.
  • Prepare technical documentation, design evaluations, and test results.
  • Write high-quality, simple, clear, and testable code.
  • Implement unit, integration, functional, and performance testing.
  • Conduct code reviews and collaborative programming.
  • Develop reusable software components to accelerate delivery.
  • Improve performance and resolve critical issues in existing software.
  • Establish and refine development practices and processes.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Computer Science + 5 years’ experience with web technologies, OR Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or related) + 7 years’ experience with web technologies.

  • 7+ years of C# experience, including client-side and server-side development.
  • Strong with .NET/.NET 8 and ASP.NET MVC.
  • Proficient in JavaScript and component UI libraries (Kendo UI preferred).
  • Experience in architecting and scaling complex technical solutions.
  • Leadership experience in Agile environments; excellent communication and mentoring skills.
  • Experience with configuring, securing, automating file transfers via APIs.
  • Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration patterns.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), debugging, and troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in SQL Server (stored procedures, triggers, views, functions).
  • Ability to communicate complex technical details to various stakeholders.
  • Preferred Skills:
  • Frontend development and 3rd-party integrations.
  • Experience with GoAnywhere MFT.
  • Knowledge of TypeScript and React/Next.js.
  • Experience with Python for scripting/data processing.
  • Background in Treasury, Corporate Finance, or Banking.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
