Job description

Lead the operational support and technical maintenance of enterprise-scale Identity and Access Management (IAM) platforms. Orchestrate infrastructure upgrades and lifecycle management for Microsoft Windows and Linux server environments. Oversee production incident management and service restoration efforts for mission-critical authentication infrastructure. Execute security vulnerability remediation and CVE response strategies across the identity infrastructure stack. Direct PKI operations and certificate renewal processes to ensure secure and continuous system connectivity. Implement ITIL change management protocols and technical peer reviews for all production environment modifications.

Requirements

8 or more years of technical experience in enterprise infrastructure engineering and identity access management. Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server administration and managing complex identity infrastructure environments. Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and enterprise authentication platforms. Experience with PKI infrastructure and the automation of certificate lifecycles for high-availability systems. Experience with ITIL-based change management and orchestrating production incident response activities. Experience with Linux server administration and executing technical remediation for security vulnerabilities (CVEs). Excellent leadership and communication skills for managing specialized engineering teams and diverse stakeholders., Manage workload prioritization and professional development for a team of infrastructure and IAM engineers.
