Job description

Design and implement AI-powered workflows and automation solutions for Finance organizations.
Build integrations between enterprise SaaS platforms and AI technologies using Python and APIs.
Develop AI-assisted tools using Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, and Microsoft 365 technologies.
Evaluate AI use cases for practicality, governance, cybersecurity, and long-term scalability.
Support document-intensive workflows involving financial reporting, audit, tax, and treasury processes.
Normalize and connect enterprise data across multiple business systems.
Evaluate third-party AI platforms and provide build-versus-buy recommendations.
Train and support Finance teams adopting AI-powered solutions.

Requirements

5+ years of software engineering, AI engineering, automation, or analytics experience with strong Python, API integrations, and hands-on LLM platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, etc.).
Experience building AI-powered workflows, automations, and enterprise integrations for Finance, Accounting, FP&A, Audit, Tax, or Treasury organizations.
Strong FinTech or financial services background with experience integrating AI into enterprise SaaS platforms while considering security, governance, and scalability., * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
5+ years of software engineering, AI engineering, automation, or analytics experience.
Strong Python programming and API integration experience.
Hands-on experience with LLM platforms including ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, or similar AI technologies.
Experience building enterprise AI workflows and business process automations.
Strong understanding of AI governance, security, and responsible AI implementation.
FinTech, financial services, or corporate finance systems experience required.
Experience with Oracle ERP, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Concur, GTreasury, or similar enterprise platforms is highly preferred.
