Job description

The Technology Integration Specialist is responsible for integrating technology systems and digital learning platforms into the district’s instructional environment. This position manages the technical infrastructure that supports teaching and learning, including account systems, educational applications, device management, and data analysis. The coordinator provides technical expertise, professional development, and direct support to staff.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Educational Technology, Information Technology, or related field OR equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3+ years of experience in educational technology, curriculum integration, or a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of Learning Management Systems and educational applications
  • Experience with Google Workspace administration and support
  • Experience with Active Directory user account management
  • Understanding of Single Sign-On (SSO) systems and identity management
  • Familiarity with student information systems and account synchronization processes
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for conducting professional development
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, administrators and IT staff
  • Excellen organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly and stay current with educational technology trends
