Systems Analyst Onsite Nashua, NH area

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine complex requirements, translating them into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with Product Managers to manage backlogs, support planning, and prioritize deliverables.
• Facilitate refinement sessions and ensure readiness for development using ATDD principles.
• Lead cross-team alignment on scope, risks, and dependencies, ensuring smooth delivery.
• Conduct thorough systems analysis of data models and workflows to recommend scalable solutions.
• Manage risks and dependencies across initiatives, influencing architectural and design decisions.
• Support and influence architectural & design discussions with engineering teams.
• Write detailed specifications and coordinate with developers to ensure solutions meet business needs.

• 4-6+ years supporting complex technology solutions as a Systems Analyst.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, IT, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with requirements analysis, backlog management, and Agile delivery.
• Deep understanding of enterprise platforms, specifically Workday integrations, AWS services, and payroll/benefits systems.
• Proven ability to translate complex business problems into effective technical solutions.
• Strong stakeholder facilitation and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and Agile tools.
• Excellent communication skills, both technical and non-technical.
• Ability to work independently, ask questions, and lead initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with Workday Core Connectors, EIBs, Workday Studio, SOAP/REST APIs, PECI.
• Knowledge of cloud-first architectures and SaaS environments.
• Familiarity with additional HRIS systems and integrations.
• Experience with Co-pilot or similar modern tech tools.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 4-6+ years of experience in a Systems Analyst role supporting HRIS or enterprise systems.
• Prior experience supporting Workday integrations strongly preferred.
