Requirements

Minimum 7+ years of experience in software engineering.

Mandatory on-site position.
Proficient in Java (17/21), Spring Boot (3.x/4.x), and Maven.
Skilled in Python and Streamlit; able to develop, modify, and deploy Streamlit dashboard applications.
Experience consuming and integrating secured (OAuth2) REST APIs, including data filtering, validation, and normalization.
Strong cloud-native engineering background: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions), and SonarQube quality gates.
Hands-on with OAuth2, Spring Security, Test-Driven Development (JUnit 5, Mockito), and maintaining high coding standards.
Comfortable pair-programming with AI coding agents (Claude, Copilot) for rapid development.
Collaborative team player: open to feedback, fast learner, and effective communicator.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience required. Additional/Nice-to-Have Skills:
Exposure to mathematical optimization/solvers (e.g., FICO Xpress, Gurobi, CPLEX, OR-Tools).
Experience with Azure cloud services (Blob/ADLS, azure-identity), including data analysis and debugging.
Familiarity with OpenTelemetry/Micrometer, PIT mutation testing, Backstage/Runway/ArgoCD, WebFlux/reactive frameworks.
Experience parsing large-scale CSV/Excel files (OpenCSV, POI).
Knowledge of documentation tools (MkDocs/TechDocs).
Background in aviation, Maintenance, or MRO domain.
