Senior / Staff Full Stack Software Engineer - Remote

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior/Staff Full Stack Software Engineer to help design, build, and scale mission-critical products used at high volume. This role is ideal for engineers who are passionate about building reliable distributed systems, shipping production code, and solving complex technical challenges., * Architect and optimize high-throughput distributed systems running on AWS.

• Develop backend services using TypeScript, Node.js, Express, GraphQL, and PostgreSQL.
• Build modern frontend applications with React.
• Design scalable relational database schemas and optimize query performance.
• Deploy and manage cloud infrastructure using Terraform and Docker.
• Improve system reliability, observability, and operational excellence with an SRE mindset.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, high-quality software.
• Participate in AI-powered product development, including experimentation, evaluation, and data-driven product improvements.

• 7-25 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Minimum 5 years as a Senior or Staff Software Engineer.
• Strong experience building full-stack web applications from design through deployment.
• Proven expertise with TypeScript in production environments.
• Strong backend development experience using:
• Node.js
• Express
• GraphQL (Apollo preferred)
• PostgreSQL
• Strong frontend experience with React.
• Experience designing and scaling high-throughput distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and Terraform.
• Experience designing scalable relational database schemas.
• Familiarity with Docker and modern cloud-native development.
• Understanding of AI-assisted product development, including LLM workflows, experimentation, evaluation, or dataset curation.
• Strong knowledge of software security best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills., * Experience working at high-growth technology startups, unicorns, or FAANG companies.
• Experience building software where the product itself is the company’s core business.
• Fintech experience is a plus.
• Active GitHub profile with meaningful open-source or personal projects.
• Strong side projects demonstrating engineering excellence.
