AI/ML Engineer

Build and optimize software components for enterprise-level information retrieval search systems. Configure and roll out technical inventory pipelines for tracking corporate AI models. Develop and operationalize custom AI agents to automate internal business unit workflows. Formulate technical compliance controls to align AI models with established cybersecurity policies. Design testing protocols and execute validation routines for newly trained machine learning models. Create technical documentation, operational processes, and architectural diagrams for governance workflows.

1 or more years of experience in building and deploying enterprise search tools. Proficiency in enterprise search architectures, indexing systems, and information retrieval. Experience with configuring, rolling out, and documenting AI model inventory tracking systems. Experience in implementing, training, and testing operational AI agents. Experience with designing technical controls, documentation, and processes for AI governance adoption. Experience in Python programming, machine learning model integration, and API configurations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
