UX/UI Designer

• Design user interfaces for digital applications across multiple platforms

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for new features and improvements

• Develop and maintain design system, component library, and style guidelines

• Design user journeys and interaction flows for various user workflows

• Collaborate closely with Product Owners and engineering teams throughout the development process

• Ensure accessibility standards and healthcare compliance requirements are met in all designs

• Create visual designs that reflect brand identity and appeal to diverse user groups

• Conduct competitive analysis and stay updated with healthcare UX best practices

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field

• Minimum 2 years of UX/UI design experience in digital products

• Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar)

• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design process and outcomes

• Experience with responsive design and user-centered design principles

• Knowledge of usability testing methods and user research techniques

• Understanding of front-end development constraints and design-to-development handoff

• Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

• Healthcare or telemedicine design experience

• Experience designing for Arabic/RTL languages and MENA market

• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles

• Understanding of healthcare workflows and clinical user needs

• Experience with design systems and component library development
