Job description

  • Develop, validate, and integrate DRAM drivers for SSD firmware platforms

  • Work with DRAM IP, PHY IP, ECC, and controller technologies

  • Develop and validate Read/Write Training, Gate Training, and Write Leveling

  • Strong expertise in DDR4 & DDR5 protocols

  • Configure and validate DDR4/DDR5 mode registers

  • Develop DRAM initialization, power states, and refresh policies

  • Create test procedures and debugging tools for DRAM validation

  • Troubleshoot and resolve DRAM-related technical issues

  • Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams

  • Document technical requirements and support product schedules

Requirements
