EDI Associate (must know AIMS 360 Software and must be in Los Angeles area - No virtual)

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) Associate to join our team. This role is essential for managing and optimizing electronic data exchanges between our organization and trading partners, ensuring seamless integration with our enterprise systems. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with AIMS 360 software for fashion and apparel industries. This position is not virtual. • Maintain and enhance EDI mappings, workflows, and integration points within AIMS 360 to optimize operational efficiency.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues related to EDI processes, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Develop detailed documentation of EDI procedures, workflows, and system configurations for ongoing maintenance and compliance purposes.
• Coordinate with external vendors or service providers to facilitate system updates or integration enhancements related to EDI operations.
• Assist in the implementation of enterprise solutions by integrating EDI systems with other platforms such as Salesforce, Pegasystems, or cloud-based infrastructure.

• Proven experience working with AIMS 360 ERP software in an EDI analyst or similar role.
• Strong analytical skills in requirements analysis, business analysis, system design, and technical troubleshooting support.
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills to coordinate between technical teams and business stakeholders effectively.
• Apparel company experience highly preferred.
