Job description

This role serves as the critical link between Operations, Logistics, Sales, Customer Service, and Finance by entering and analyzing operational and financial data, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and accurately.

The successful candidate will support major retail accounts while developing reporting, monitoring, and reconciliation processes that improve operational performance and protect company revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter, maintain, and analyze operational, logistics, inventory, sales, and financial data.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and KPIs for management.
  • Review customer payments, deductions, chargebacks, shortages, and invoice discrepancies.
  • Support revenue recovery efforts and identify root causes for operational issues.
  • Monitor retail account performance, order fulfillment, shipment accuracy, and payment trends.
  • Utilize Sage ERP, SPS EDI systems, Excel, and reporting tools.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Logistics, Finance, Sales, Customer Service, and leadership teams.
  • Support automation, reporting, and process improvement initiatives., Success Metrics
  • Reduction in payment discrepancies and unresolved deductions.
  • Improved reporting accuracy and operational visibility.
  • Increased recovery of lost revenue.
  • Faster identification and resolution of operational issues.
  • Improved collaboration and accountability across departments.
  • Creation of scalable reporting and reconciliation processes for key retail accounts.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in data analysis, operations analysis, supply chain analytics, financial reconciliation, business analytics, or a related role.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, advanced formulas, and data analysis.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as Sage.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Preferred

  • Experience working with Walmart, Dollar General, Walgreens, CVS, or other major retail accounts.
  • Knowledge of SPS EDI systems and retail supply chain processes.
  • Experience with Accounts Receivable, deductions, chargebacks, shortages, and revenue recovery.
  • Experience building dashboards and operational reporting tools.
  • Mandarin language skills are a plus.
