Job description

Lead the design and implementation of an enterprise AI innovation program by assessing organizational readiness, defining governance, and establishing innovation frameworks.
Drive AI adoption by partnering with business leaders to identify high-value use cases and promote a culture of innovation across the organization.
Collaborate with technical teams to develop, validate, and deploy AI solutions that improve business processes and decision-making.
Develop AI roadmaps, operating models, success metrics, and best practices aligned with organizational technology standards.
Evaluate emerging AI technologies, industry trends, and research to continuously enhance AI capabilities and maximize business value.

Requirements

10+ years of experience leading AI, innovation, digital transformation, or enterprise technology initiatives.
Proven experience driving organizational AI adoption, innovation programs, and cultural change management.
Strong background collaborating with executive leadership and cross-functional business teams.
Experience designing AI strategies, operating models, governance frameworks, and success metrics.
Hands-on knowledge of AI/ML technologies including Python, R, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and Scikit-learn.
Experience with cloud AI platforms such as AWS SageMaker, Azure Machine Learning, Databricks, or Apache Spark.
Strong understanding of AI model lifecycle, data preparation, validation, deployment, and responsible AI practices.
Experience with SQL, NoSQL databases, Tableau, and/or Power BI.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, facilitation, and presentation skills.
