We’re looking for a Senior Salesforce Engineer to serve as a hands-on technical leader across a complex, enterprise-scale Salesforce ecosystem. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development in enterprise environments Deep expertise in LWC/Aura, APEX, Service Cloud, FSL, and Salesforce DevOps Strong command of data modeling, SOQL/SOSL, security/sharing model, and performance optimization Proven ability to lead technical delivery and drive engineering standards Preferred Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I & II, Service Cloud Consultant, FSL Consultant, Agentforce/Einstein) Experience with Agentforce or AI-driven digital agent solutions Background in field service, insurance, or related domains Familiarity with MuleSoft, Boomi, or third-party integrations
