Job description

This is a highly visible role with direct exposure to executive leadership and responsibility for driving one of the company’s most strategic technology initiatives. We are looking for a proactive leader who thrives in fast-moving environments, can bring structure to complexity, and has a proven track record of accelerating large-scale software implementations. The successful candidate will serve as the central driver of execution, ensuring the program remains on track for a critical Phase 1 go-live deadline., * Take ownership of the integrated master project plan, milestones, dependencies, and critical path activities across multiple business and technical workstreams.

  • Drive execution across eight business units, internal stakeholders, and external implementation partners to ensure successful delivery against established timelines.
  • Utilize AI tools such as Gemini, Claude, and other productivity technologies to streamline project administration, manage documentation, and reduce operational overhead.
  • Maintain schedule discipline and organization through Microsoft Calendar, ensuring alignment across workshops, stakeholder meetings, and executive governance activities.
  • Coordinate complex cross-functional workshops involving multiple stakeholder groups, subject matter experts, and global participants across time zones.
  • Own and maintain RAID logs, decision logs, action item trackers, executive status reports, and program health dashboards.
  • Monitor vendor performance and hold implementation partners accountable for deliverables, timelines, and project commitments.
  • Proactively identify risks, remove roadblocks, and escalate critical issues to leadership with recommended solutions.
  • Coordinate cross-system integration dependencies involving PLM, DAM, AI, product development, and digital workflow platforms.
  • Partner with Change Management, Training, and Testing teams to support organizational readiness, training development, System Integration Testing (SIT), and hypercare planning.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years of Enterprise Project Management or Program Management experience leading large-scale software implementations.
  • Transformation Experience: Proven success accelerating, stabilizing, or rescuing complex enterprise technology initiatives.
  • Enterprise Systems: Experience supporting PLM, ERP, PIM, DAM, or other large-scale enterprise platforms.
  • Industry Experience: Background within retail, apparel, sporting goods, consumer products, e-commerce, or other high-volume enterprise environments.
  • Project Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders, technical teams, business leaders, and third-party vendors simultaneously.
  • AI Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience utilizing AI tools such as Gemini, Claude, or similar technologies to improve project administration and execution efficiency.
  • Project Tools: Advanced proficiency with Jira, Smartsheet, Confluence, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Calendar.
  • Risk Management: Strong experience managing project risks, dependencies, critical path activities, and executive governance processes.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional executive presence, stakeholder management, and communication skills with the ability to influence decision-making at all levels.
  • Vendor Management: Experience managing implementation partners and holding external vendors accountable to project commitments and delivery schedules.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments with aggressive timelines and evolving priorities.
