Azure DevOps Lead Technical Consultant

The Lead Consultant for DevOps Solutions in Azure is responsible for managing and implementing DevOps practices using Azure DevOps. The primary goal is to optimize the software development lifecycle by enhancing collaboration, automation, and integration between development and operations teams., 1. Designing, developing, and implementing devops pipelines and workflows in azure devops.

1. Collaborating with development and operations teams to facilitate continuous integration and continuous deployment (ci/cd).
2. Monitoring and optimizing the performance of azure devops tools and processes.
3. Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to devops practices in azure.
4. Providing technical guidance and support to team members on azure devops best practices.
5. Implementing security measures within the devops process to ensure data protection and compliance.
6. Conducting regular assessments and evaluations to improve the efficiency of devops solutions in azure.

1. Proficiency in azure devops services and tools.
2. Strong understanding of devops principles and practices.
3. Experience with ci/cd pipelines and automation using azure devops.
4. Knowledge of containerization technologies such as docker and kubernetes.
5. Familiarity with scripting languages like powershell, bash, or python.
6. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in devops workflows.
7. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross functional teams.
8. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in implementing devops solutions in azure. Other Requirements

Technologies: Linux, Unix shell script, SNOW, Azure CI/CD, release deployment, Patch management, Oracle DB ( nice to have ), IPC ( If candidate is already known for ING project )

Role & Responsibilities: 1) Should be familiar day to day production support activities like incident resolution, on-call support at rotation basis 2) Should be familiar Linux platform and good knowledge of Unix shell script 3) release deployment in ACC and PROD environment with validation checks 4) UAT support with other payment engines 5) Should be familiar with recurrent monthly activities like Vulnerability fixes, patch cycle.
