Job description

As an Integrations Product Owner, you’ll be responsible for driving the strategy, delivery, and continuous improvement of our integrations ecosystem. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, customers, and external partners to ensure seamless connectivity between Qargo and third-party systems.

You’ll own the integration lifecycle from discovery to delivery and adoption, helping grow our platform through scalable and reliable integrations., * Assist in the development and execution of integration strategies, ensuring seamless connectivity between our TMS and various third-party systems.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, coordinate delivery across Product, Engineering, Professional Services, commercial teams, and external partners, ensuring risks and dependencies are addressed early.
  • Own the integration lifecycle from intake and discovery through delivery, launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.
  • Gather requirements from customers, partnerships, Professional Services, Sales, and other teams, translating them into clear scopes, priorities, estimates, and timelines.
  • Ensure integrations align with our overall product vision and contribute to the scalability and reliability of our platform.
  • Monitor adoption, Go-to-Market and customer feedback while identifying improvements, new partners, and opportunities to make integrations more scalable and automated.
  • Own the operational readiness of integrations, including configuration requirements, validation criteria, documentation, supported use cases, limitations, and handover.

Requirements

  • Experience in product management, specifically with integrations or API-driven products.
  • A technical understanding of APIs, data exchange formats (e.g., JSON, XML), and system interoperability.
  • Good project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • A strategic mindset, with the ability to think critically about product decisions and their impact on the overall business.
  • A passion for the transportation industry and a desire to contribute to a more efficient and sustainable future.
