Job description

Flying Bark Productions is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer in Madrid to provide frontline helpdesk support for a busy animation studio. You will troubleshoot hardware, OS, and VFX software such as Nuke and Maya, manage Active Directory, and assist with workstation deployment and maintenance.

Requirements

Ideal candidates have 2-4 years of system helpdesk experience in media, experience with macOS and Windows, and familiarity with RHEL or CCNA. A hybrid/remote setup may be considered.
