Job description

  • Design, develop, and maintain LLM-powered applications and multi-agent AI systems.
  • Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, including document ingestion, chunking, embeddings, and semantic search.
  • Implement and manage vector databases to enable efficient AI-powered information retrieval.
  • Develop scalable backend services and APIs using Python and FastAPI.
  • Build and maintain data pipelines using tools such as Apache Airflow.
  • Deploy and manage AI workloads on AWS using services such as Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, S3, and Aurora.
  • Evaluate and improve LLM performance through automated testing and human-in-the-loop validation.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Data Engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver innovative AI solutions.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to AI engineering best practices.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends in Generative AI and continuously explore new technologies.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, with at least 1-2 years focused on AI/ML or Generative AI.
  • Strong programming skills in Python.
  • Hands-on experience building LLM-based applications using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI or similar.
  • Solid experience designing and implementing RAG architectures.
  • Experience working with LLM APIs such as OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Anthropic, or similar.
  • Knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, OpenSearch, pgvector, or equivalent).
  • Experience with AWS Cloud services.
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with data orchestration tools such as Apache Airflow.
  • Experience working in Scrum/Agile environments.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
