Job description

  • Plan and execute user research to uncover insights and inform design decisions.
  • Define information architecture for web and mobile applications.
  • Design task flows and interactive prototypes that deliver intuitive user experiences.
  • Collaborate closely with software developers, SQE, and PM/PO to ensure seamless design execution within defined scopes.
  • Contribute to projects and specific parts of larger initiatives while adhering to team processes and workflows.
  • Participate in design reviews and collaborative sessions to refine and validate solutions.
  • Facilitate design workshops to align teams, gather insights, and drive improvements in design quality and processes.
  • Actively contribute to the Design department by supporting cross-team initiatives.

Requirements

We are looking for a motivated UX Designer to join our team and grow into a key contributor to our design process.

  • You have foundational understanding of UX principles (usability, accessibility, UI consistency, UI feedback, user control, etc.).
  • You are familiar with core visual design concepts (layout, hierarchy, color, typography).
  • You have a good understanding of research methodologies.
  • You have experience using Figma.
  • You have experience using Design Systems.
  • You build prototypes for usability testing and developer handoff.
  • You proactively seek information to clarify requirements and understand how they align with user needs.
  • You demonstrate intense curiosity, proactiveness, and willingness to learn.
  • You listen actively and take direction from senior team members.
  • You communicate design ideas clearly using sketches and/or design tools.
  • You share work regularly and ask for feedback.
  • You are proactive, responsive, and pleasant in your communication across all channels.

Mandatory: a strong portfolio showcasing your design work, process, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1-3 years in UX design or related field.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Industrial Design, Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or related disciplines.
  • Familiarity with Design Thinking methodology and Scrum practices.
  • Experience with AI-powered design tools and a strong interest in emerging technologies.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies and coding.
