Job description

Opportunity for a highly talented Quantitative Developer with Python expertise to progress your career in an impactful role at a global trading firm with significant bonus earning potential.

As a Quantitative Developer you will play a key role in a new team building a Greenfield MFT platform for Equities trading, you will focus on designing, developing and implementing trade execution algorithms using Python and C++ within TWAP / VWAP infrastructure.

This is an impactful role where you will influence and set the technical direction, drive standards and take technical project ownership.

Requirements

  • You have expert level Python skills and can also read and understand C++ code (will also consider Java experience)
  • You have experience with Python data libraries e.g. NumPy, Pandas
  • You have experience of working on MFT (Mid-Frequency Trading systems)
  • You have strong analysis and problem solving abilities
  • You’re collaborative with great communication skills
  • You achieved a 2.1 or above at BSc in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics
