Senior Business Analyst - Southwestern Health Resources

Southwestern Health Resources is looking for a highly skilled Senior Business Analysts. Is that you? Work Location: Southwestern Health Resources Headquarters, Hybrid: 1601 Lyndon B. Johnson Freeway, Farmers Branch, TX 75234. Work Hours: Full Time Days (8:00am-5:00pm) for 40 hrs/week (fully remote work allowed at manager’s discretion) What You Will Do: Meet with functional teams to help them frame their business requirements. 10% Assess complexity of tasks and projects and develop timeline and scope documents. 10% Provide stakeholders with regular written status updates on the progress of analytical requests using the available tools. 10% Evaluate healthcare clinical and financial data for trends, utilization, outliers and organizational standards. 10% Define and implement performance metrics as part of outcome measurement to address clinical and financial concerns. 10% Direct in-depth analysis of clinical and financial outcomes in order to evaluate and develop process improvement initiatives. 10% Develop, maintain and standardize reports and processes through the use of scripts, stored procedures and packages. 10% Use systems and templates to document technical specs detailing the methodology, procedures, outcomes, and observations as part of the data processing and analytical steps in the projects. 10% Perform the appropriate data analysis to validate the technical requirements 10% Plan and implement steps required for data quality assurance. 5% Manage user acceptance testing. 5% What You Need

Bachelor’s Degree Information Systems, Business Administration, Health Care Informatics, or closely related field. Req

Experience 5 Years Data analysis experience, must include a minimum of 1 year in the healthcare industry. Req and Familiarity with health care claims Req
