Requirements
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- BS in Electrical or Computer Engineering
- 12+ years of experience as an FPGA developer
- Strong VHDL experience
- Familiarity with Xilinx FPGAs and SOCs
- Simulation experience with Riviera PRO and/or Xilinx
- Simulation testbench design experience
Additional Desired Qualifications:
- M.S. in Electrical or Computer Engineering
- Verilog and/or SystemVerilog experience
- Experience with Microchip Polarfire FPGAs & SOCs
- Experience with Lattice Certus NX and Pro FPGAs
- Strong C and Python programming skills
- Knowledge of embedded systems development, including prototyping, development, production, and integration
- Ability to learn and integrate new or different FPGA vendors’ products

In addition to your high hourly pay, you’ll receive 56 hours of paid time off (PTO) each year. Beyond your PTO, you may take additional unpaid time off as needed, provided your time away aligns with customer mission requirements and is approved in advance. This approach allows you to enjoy greater control over your schedule while earning industry-leading pay.
Salary: $266,800.00 - $281,060.00 Total Compensation Package with Benefits: $333,165.00 - $350,908.00
