Job description

You deliberately look beyond individual services and ensure that technical changes are not considered in isolation, but as part of a coherent end-to-end solution. In this role, you connect infrastructure, applications, and service providers to create seamless end-to-end solutions with a clear focus on user experience and resilience., Design and develop infrastructure solutions across multiple services with a strong focus on efficiency, stability, and cost optimization Support Service Owners in further developing their services within the context of the overall IT landscape Act as the key interface between Infrastructure, Application/Development Teams, and Enterprise Architecture Collaborate closely with our service providers on technical designs in a hands-on manner while bringing structure to decision-making processes Ensure that changes improve the overall user experience rather than optimizing individual services in isolation Drive standardization and stronger integration within a global multi-provider environmentYour Scope of Responsibility You will work across multiple domains, including: Workplace, Global Service Desk, Smart Network & Connectivity, Hybrid Cloud, Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Security

Requirements

Several years of experience (approx. 3+ years) in IT infrastructure, architecture, or a comparable role Broad technical understanding with the ability to identify and assess dependencies across different services Experience working in complex IT environments, ideally within international and multi-provider setup Ability to dive into technical details while maintaining a strategic, cross-functional perspective to steer and prioritize initiatives Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to align diverse stakeholders around common solutions Structured and pragmatic way of working with a focus on delivering practical results Fluent German and English language skills
