Our client is an innovative medium-sized German hidden champion in the media industry with leading applications in the fields of display, digital signage, digital and audiovisual content and transmission technologies. It has many years of experience in the development and implementation of large, also international, projects with scalable platforms and installations.

Requirements

As an experienced C++ developer, you will drive forward the technologies for digital signage applications in an innovative and agile environment as part of an experienced team.
You work under LINUX or macOS.
You will work at system level (Debian / Ubuntu LINUX, DevOps, CI/CD, Gitlab, Docker, bash, python), in the area of media systems (video / audio codecs, mpeg, hardware accelerators, multithreading, parallel processing) and/or with graphics systems (APIs such as Vulkan or OpenGL, rendering, shader, GPU) with a particular focus on performance and reliability.

Your profile

Several years of experience in programming with modern C++ (version 17 or 20) under LINUX and/or macOS.
In-depth experience in several of the technologies: DevOps, CI/CD, Gitlab, Docker, bash, python, video / audio codecs, mpeg, hardware accelerators, multithreading, parallel processing, Vulkan, OpenGL, rendering, shader, GPU
Your working language is English and also German
