Job description
- Design, develop and maintain secure, high-assurance software solutions
- Deliver robust applications using modern development methodologies and best practices
- Integrate security considerations throughout the software development lifecycle
- Conduct peer reviews and contribute to knowledge sharing across the team
- Support testing, documentation and continuous integration activities
- Identify security risks and vulnerabilities within software solutions
- Work across a variety of technologies, platforms and operating systems
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to solve complex technical challenges
Requirements
- Experience with software development tools and practices, including source control, testing and CI/CD
- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as C++, Java or C#
- Experience with scripting or utility languages such as Python, JavaScript, PowerShell or Perl
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles and computing fundamentals
- Experience working across multiple operating systems
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Experience leading technical tasks or mentoring team members is advantageous
- An interest in cybersecurity and secure software development
