Full stack Architect

The expert (service provider) will work on a Commission standard computer equipped with standard software. The work will be carried out intra-muros in Brussels in Time and Means mode. Thus the expert has to be present during the Commission working core hours and respect the daily and weekly timetable and workload, unless the Commission states otherwise due to special circumstances. Working languages are English and French.

Knowledge and skills as defined in the service requirements of ESP-DIGIT-TM for the above-mentioned profile. In addition, mandatory, specific and documented expertise on Java, PostgreSQL, Oracle and Angular. The expert should be motivated and will involve himself in the project in order to understand the business and processes, and being able to work independently as well as in tight cooperation with the other experts and with the business stakeholders. The person must be able to learn and to understand quickly new business domains and complex processes, to understand quickly the user needs and to discuss the functional requirements directly with business representatives or with the business analyst. A proactive attitude is very important and challenges being for him a source of motivation., * Thorough knowledge and programming practice of Java, Angular, Oracle

• In deep knowledge and practice of REST services architecture development, JavaScript, and Agile methodologies
• Ability to participate in multi-lingual meetings in English and French, ease of communication; excellent in English and French (both verbal and written); additional EU languages will be assets.
• Capability of rapid self-starting, learning and of integration in an international/multi-cultural environment.
